If ZERO STARS was an option, that would be my choice!!!!! I do NOT RECOMMEND this dealership under ANY circumstance!!!! If I could give them back my vehicle so I could never do business with them again, I would!! Two weeks ago I scheduled a service appointment for a recall. I did this online following the instructions on the postcard sent to my home from THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. Upon arrival on 8/19/2023 (1.5 hours away) I am informed that the parts are unavailable to complete the service. The location opens at 8:00AM, yet they did not call and notify me. They claim they did not have a phone number, which is a BOLD FACE LIE because I received a confirmation phone call from this location confirming my appointment. I have also received multiple text reminders and emails from them regarding this appointment. They have no care for their customers and have nothing to offer in return for the 3 hours of time I spent traveling to and from their dealership. This place of service IS A JOKE!!!!!

Bad service. I took my truck for repairment. They changed the brake booster and it came out very bad. I then had to go buy a separate brake booster at an auto parts, and now the dealership does not want to give me back my money.

This dealership in my home town has been very helpful and courteous to us since we purchased our 2018 and 2019 vehicles. We highly recommend the salesman we dealt with to everyone we meet looking to purchase a vehicle.
